You need:
butter (140g)
dark chocolate (200g)
caster (or simple) sugar (225g)
cocoa (60g)
1 tsp vanilla essence ( i took just vanilla powder)
2 eggs
plain flour (60g)

Break the chocolate into pieces.
Then put the butter, sugar and chocolate into a microwaveable bowl and nuke for 2 minutes or so, stirring occasionally until the mixture has melted.

Preheat the oven to 175°C. ( just if your oven is really strong, coz I was baking with more then 180 ).
Line a tin with greaseproof paper, or use a silicon mould.
Crack in the eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth and glossy.

Pour into the mould and shake the tin to level out the mix.
You can add anything you like: M&Ms (as I did), nuts, raspberrie, cherries etc.

Bake for 30 mins (I was baking nearly for 1 hour) then remove from the oven and allow to cool fully in the tin.
